New to BJJ. Always wanted to do it but always had an excuse…..until now. Joining Korfhage at age 42 was easily one of the best decisions I have made. Almost 3 months in and my stamina and cardio has improved drastically. The instructors teach in a step by step process at a speed that everyone can understand. My 7 year old son also does BJJ. It’s easily his favorite night of the week. I highly recommend Korfhage/ Caio Terra BJJ!

Rich and his staff have an outstanding atmosphere and high level jiu jitsu training. I was in from out of town and Rich was extremely accommodating and immediately made me feel like I was home. The students there have a high degree of mutual respect and outstanding attitudes. I look forward to training here again when I am in town in the future!

Great Brazilian jiu jitsu instruction , and friendly enviroment. Great for beginners and advanced students . Always learning something new, but alway enforcing basics. Better than going to the gym if you want to keep in shape.
